Important Customs & Regulatory Advisory Disclaimer

Ports.biz is an artificial intelligence-powered export market intelligence and preliminary classification estimation platform. Suggested Harmonized System (HS) codes, tariff rate estimates, duty calculations, and compliance checklists are generated for research, market discovery, and business planning purposes only. They do not constitute certified customs broker declarations, official binding tariff rulings (BTI), legal counsel, or financial advice. Exporters are solely responsible for obtaining final classification validation from competent customs authorities (such as the CBIC, DGFT, US CBP, or destination customs) or licensed customs clearance agents before shipping goods.
